Intense fruity, very aromatic in the mouth, persistent and full-bodied. Sweet entry, with medium bitterness, somewhat spicy and almond, very balanced. Obtained from green olives of the Vidueña variety, harvested in early October, during the first days of harvest. This results in an oil with a lot of personality, fresh and fragrant, complex and sublime, with a flavor of green apple, grass, alloza and tomato. From centuries-old, indigenous, exclusive and emblematic olive trees, the most abundant in our olive grove. |
